Before adding your custom domain to your ESP+ Website, please review the following steps to ensure you can securely add your custom domain.
- First, sign in to your Internet Domain Registrar account (Example: GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc).
- Locate the page for updating your domains DNS records.
- Update your A record with the IP address (209.46.30.10) for your client portal
- Verify your domain address by clicking the Verify Domain button.
- Click on the Save button at the bottom after verification.
After the custom domain has been verified, an SSL certificate provided by ASI will be automatically affixed to the site, ensuring that your site is secure. Please note, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours for a new URL to be certified by the system. If an uncertified URL is selected as the default domain, it will load the site as an insecure domain and the site will display as insecure.
